Meetup “transforma bxl”: Is performance management still relevant today? (Brussels)
April 18, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pmFree
Eve Coomans & Valérie Godin:
This topic fascinates and feeds animated discussions since the creation of companies.
Today, there is a real momentum for an in-depth reflection about the performance management approach.
Companies are totally conscious that they will have to change their organizational models and that all the foundations on which these models are based, are being eroded and questioned. One of the main current concerns of companies is the motivation and the engagement of their employees. We have never heard so much about burn-out, search of purpose in life, personal alignment, need of belonging feeling, etc …
In our discussions, we cannot separate engagement and motivation of employees from the performance management process. This is why this topic is really hot today. HR professionals and business representatives must take the time to share ideas and thoughts about this topic. It is together only that we can generate ideas and support companies to evolve in the right direction.
We are really excited about this session … we hope to welcome many people who will share their experiences and thoughts as an employee but also as an HR or business line manager.
The objective of the session is to let people go home with at least one concrete idea or thought to share with their colleagues or even to present to their executive committee.
